How much commission can I earn as a Florist?
As a Florist, you have the opportunity to earn generous commissions. You will receive a commission of 50% on sales at MSRP, and a 20% commission on all subsequent orders made by the same customer through our webshop directly.
Please note that commissions on price reduced items will be adjusted accordingly. The commission amount is based on the order value excluding VAT and does not include any additional fees such as taxes or shipping costs. Commission rates may vary depending on the product category.
What do you mean by 20% commission on all subsequent orders?
Glad you asked! We believe in rewarding our Florists for their ongoing efforts in building and maintaining strong relationships with their customers.
As a Florist, you have the exciting opportunity to build your very own customer base.
When you bring in new customers, they become a part of your exclusive customer base. By using your personalized coupon code at checkout, any future purchases they make through our webshop will generate commissions for you. This means that as your customer base grows, so does your earning potential.
How often will I receive my commission payouts?
You will receive your commission no earlier than 21 days after your customer has received their items, due to EU laws regarding warranty and returns policies.
We believe this allows for a fair and accurate calculation of commissions based on completed transactions.
Please note that in rare instances, commissions may be withheld or revoked due to circumstances such as product returns or other exceptional situations. We are dedicated to ensuring transparency and fairness in our commission process, and we will keep you informed throughout the process.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions apply to everyone (stores, shops, individual people, communities, etc.) who is accessing or using the Florist Program - both us ("we", "FFS" or "merchant") and you, the Florist ("you" or "Florist") who refers customers to buy products or services from FFS.
These terms and conditions are valid for a period of 12 months. However, we reserve the right to modify or update them, in whole or in part, at any time. In the event of any changes, we will notify registered Florists accordingly.
By participating in the Program, a Florist agrees to use the Program in the manner specified in, and is bound by, these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to register as a Florist or participate in the Florist Program in any manner.
1. Approval or Rejection of the Registration
We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Florist Program Application and Registration in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Florist Program Application or Registration.
To participate in the Florist Program, certain requirements must be met. This includes providing a valid TAX ID and/or VAT ID. Additionally, stores must submit their valid business registration as proof of their legal and business legitimacy. These identification requirements are crucial for tax purposes and processing to ensure compliance and accuracy.
We are required to collect W-9 forms from all affiliates who are U.S. citizens in accordance with U.S. tax law and IRS regulations. This ensures compliance with tax requirements and allows the government to monitor tax payments. To learn more about the W-9 form, please visit: https://www.irs.gov/forms-pubs/about-form-w-9
Please upload your completed W-9 form through your Florist Dashboard by navigating to Settings > Tax Information.
2. Florist Links and Coupon
Florist links are automatically generated. In some cases or for some products you can also generate a specific product or collection link as a Florist. If someone clicks on another person's referral link and later clicks on yours, your link is the one that matters.
A Florist may or may not be assigned to a coupon code, with details and usage clarified on the Dashboard. If a customer both clicks on the Florist link and uses a coupon code, you will not receive double commission. If you are not assigned a branded coupon, then you are not allowed to promote the coupon.
Coupon codes have the following stipulations:
• For Online Store only
• 20% off the entire order (amount of order)
• Applies to one-time purchases only
• No minimum purchase requirements
• For new customers only
• One use per customer only
• Cannot combine with other discounts
• Active until December 31, 2023
A Florist may also advertise the merchant's website via online channels such as Facebook, Instagram, or offline classified channels such as advertisements, magazines, and newspapers.
3. Commissions and Payment
When you refer a customer to make a purchase on our website, you will receive a commission calculated based on the "Commission Structure".
To receive a commission, a Florist needs to specify the payment details in the Settings.
Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. The use of the Florist Program is subject to a fair use policy, which grants the merchant the right to review each and every referral order. The status of commissions is displayed in the Commission tab, and any paid commission will be listed on the Payment tab. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will NOT be paid out. Please note that self-referrals are strictly prohibited.
Any promotions, discounted pre-orders, and discounted products are not included in the Florist Program.
3.1 Commission Structure
Florists are eligible to receive a commission of 50% on footwear sales at MSRP. Furthermore, they are entitled to a 20% commission on all subsequent orders made by the same customer through the webshop directly. Commissions on price reduced items will be reduced accordingly.
The commission amount is dependent on the order value excluding VAT and does not include any extra fees (taxes, shipping costs, etc.) It may vary depending on the product category.
3.2 Commission Timeframes & Timings
Commissions will be released no earlier than 21 days after the customer's received its items, as we adhere to the applicable EU laws on warranty and returns policies.
Note: In exceptional cases, commissions may be withheld or revoked in individual cases. Reasons for this may include product returns or other circumstances.
3.3 Customer base & Trailing Commissions
As part of the FFS Florist Program, we believe in empowering our Florists to build their customer base. Each new customer that is acquired gets assigned to the specific Florist and becomes part of their customer base.
On top, we have implemented the concept of trailing commissions. This means that any subsequent orders made by a customer from an assigned customer base will generate commissions on a net-sales basis for that Florist.
3.4 Tax
Florists are solely responsible for reporting and paying taxes on their earnings according to the regulations of their respective countries. Flowers For Society disclaims any responsibility in this regard.
4. Marketing Tools
We may share promotional media such as banners, logos, or specific collection promotions with you through the Marketing Tools tab. You can download the media or obtain the HTML embed code to share on your affiliate channels.
4.1 Marketing Product Samples
We can provide a range of product samples for marketing purposes to support Florists in their efforts and to effectively represent and communicate the brand of Flowers For Society.
Important: Product samples are strictly non-saleable. All FFS products are exclusively sold through the FFS online store at https://flowersforsociety.com/.
5. Network
If the Network tab is activated, Florists can invite others to become their Downline Florists. If any Downline Florist brings an order to the FFS shop, the upline Florist (you) will also receive a "network commission" based on the FFS rules and settings.
6. Tracking
6.1 Cookies
We use cookies to track people who have clicked on your link, so they need to accept cookies in order for us to track them.
If a person does not allow (accept) cookies or clears their cookies, then we are unable to track them, and earnings cannot be paid for that person's activity.
The cookie duration is specified to 30 days. The tracking period starts from the time a customer clicks on the Florist's link or uses the coupon.
